First, the selection of magnetic materials
Magnetic conductive material is the raw material of resolver iron core, which will directly affect its performance, so it is necessary to select materials with good magnetic conductive and electrical properties. Therefore, you can choose iron-nickel soft magnetic alloy or silicon steel materials, both of which have relatively high permeability and saturated magnetic flux density, and uniform magnetism and small loss. Research and design of magneto-resistive rotary transformer and its decoding circuit Ideal material for rotary transformer (resolver) core. However, in order to improve the accuracy and reduce the residual voltage, the magnetic flux density of the core can not be too high, so the silicon steel with the maximum magnetic flux density in the range of 10000 ~ 12000 (Gauss) is more suitable for making the core of the resolver.
Second, the size of the design requirements
The size design of the rotary transformer must be reasonable to adapt to the installation of the application, which mainly involves the inner and outer diameter of the rotor, the size of the air gap and the length of the iron core. Among them, the outer diameter of the stator is limited by the application. The outer diameter of the rotor is limited by the inner diameter of the stator. In order to ensure a small output impedance and phase displacement, the appropriate transformer ratio and the core and air gap magnetic flux density ratio, as well as a large potential difference coefficient, it is necessary to strictly formulate the size of the stator inner diameter. In addition, after determining the size of the inner diameter of the stator, in order to choose the size of the outer diameter of the rotor, the size of the good air gap must be designed first. If the air gap between the fixed rotor is increased, the precision of the rotating transformer can be improved, but it will also lead to the increase of phase displacement and loss, and the decrease of transformer ratio and utilization. Therefore, the air gap can be increased as much as possible while ensuring the performance of the rotating transformer.
Third, winding design requirements
The winding of the magneto-resistive rotary transformer is all wound on the stator, which can adopt polyphase excitation winding and polyphase output winding, and each phase winding should be symmetrical with each other to ensure the accuracy of the output data. The new type of magneto-resistance rotary transformer developed in this paper adopts the layout of one phase excitation winding and four phase output winding, in which the four phase output winding is evenly distributed in the range of 360°, that is, the four phase output winding is 45° between the two.
4. Design requirements of decoding circuit
The decoding circuit is mainly responsible for decoding the signal output from the output winding, so as to reach a certain standard and send out. The design of the decoding circuit is divided into hardware and software two parts. Whether it is hardware or software, it is required to be stable and reliable, and on the basis of meeting the corresponding performance, the volume and production cost of the hardware are controlled as much as possible.
